Visa Sum / Visa USD from Kapitalbank — a Visa Gold card for daily transactions in Uzbekistan and abroad. It is issued in sums or US dollars, at the customer's choice. Abroad, the card works with automatic conversion, supports contactless payment via Garmin Pay smartwatches and can be issued as a salary or children's card.

Card issuance at a branch and monthly maintenance — free, no minimum balance required, validity period — 5 years. Payment for goods and services — 0%. Reissuance upon expiration is free, at the customer's initiative — 50,000 sums.

  • Sum card: withdrawal at bank ATMs — 0% up to 10 million sums per month, 0.7% above that.
  • Withdrawal at other banks in Uzbekistan — 1%, abroad — 2%.

  • Issuance/reissuance of additional Visa Gold cards to the main account — 50,000 sums including VAT.
  • Cash withdrawal: at bank teller — 0%; at bank ATM with sum card — 0% up to 10 million sums per month, 0.7% above that; at teller and ATM of another Uzbek bank — 1%; foreign bank — 2%.
  • Replenishment without commission at Kapitalbank ATMs; transfers without commission to other Kapitalbank cards.
  • International use with automatic conversion; contactless payment with Garmin smartwatches (Garmin Pay).
  • Card order through mobile app and courier delivery (throughout Uzbekistan and to Russia) — according to card delivery tariffs.
  • Mini-statement at ATMs and online banking — free; statements and transaction reports — 50,000 sums including VAT.

  • Identity document (biometric passport, ID card, new-format driver's license)
  • Local operator phone number

For non-residents:

  • Foreign passport
  • Registration on the territory of Uzbekistan (if without QR code — entry stamp)
  • PINFL
  • Mobile number of Uzbek operator (+998)
  • Completed by hand questionnaire of non-resident customer
