Card delivery
Mastercard Black Edition — a premium multi-currency card of Kapitalbank, serviced simultaneously in som, US dollars and euros. Thanks to cross-conversion, transactions in different currencies are processed from a single set of accounts, without separate cards for each currency.
Card issuance costs 200 000 UZS including VAT and is arranged at a bank branch. Monthly maintenance is free if one of the conditions is met: the average monthly balance across all accounts and deposits exceeds 50 million UZS equivalent, or the monthly volume of goods and services payments exceeds 20 million UZS equivalent. Otherwise, maintenance is 65 000 UZS per month. The non-expendable balance on the card is 195 000 UZS.
Payment for goods and services in som and dollars is commission-free, in euros — 0.5%, minimum 0.5 EUR. Cash withdrawal at Kapitalbank ATMs is free up to 10 million UZS per month, over that — 0.7%; at teller windows and ATMs of other banks, including foreign ones, — from 1%. The cardholder has access to Black Edition program privileges: access to business lounges at airports and Fast Track, travel insurance, round-the-clock concierge service and partner discounts.
