• The card is issued as part of the Kapital Premium service package
• Fee for initial client registration in the "Kapital Premium" banking department — 2,500,000 sum; it is refunded if within 2 calendar months from registration the client maintains balances of at least 200,000 USD or equivalent in another currency
• Monthly maintenance of the Premium package: free if average monthly balances on all client accounts are at least 200,000 USD; otherwise — 2,500,000 sum per month (balances are calculated in equivalent in national currency on the last business day of the month)
• Cash withdrawal: at the bank counter — 0%, at the bank's ATM — 0% up to 50 million sum per month and 0.7% above, at the counter and ATM of another Uzbek bank — 1% plus acquirer bank's tariff, at the counter and ATM of a foreign bank — 2% plus acquirer bank's tariff

The card is a debit card: settlements are made within available funds in the account, no mandatory monthly debt payments are provided.
