About the card

HUMO by Tenge Bank is a debit card of the national payment system in sum. The card supports contactless payment with a single touch, works in Kazakhstan, and the bank notifies you of transactions via SMS and Telegram.

Standard issuance costs 35,000 sum, but the card is issued free of charge for salary, pension, scholarship, and equivalent payment projects. Reissuance at the end of validity is free; replacement for damage or loss costs 35,000 sum. Transfers in the Tenge24 app to Halyk Bank cards are commission-free.

You can top up the card through Cash-In ATMs, the Tenge24 app, bank tellers, or transfers from another bank's card. To apply, visit a branch with an ID document; applications are reviewed within 3 business days.

  • Daily limit for Humo virtual card transactions from Tenge Bank — 800 million sum.
  • Top-up: Cash-In ATMs, Tenge24 app, transfers from other banks' cards, tellers at bank branches.
