About the card

Humo from Trustbank is a sum-denominated bank card of the national HUMO payment system with a chip. The card is designed for transactions in Uzbekistan and abroad, and SMS notifications about account activity can be enabled.

Card issuance for salary, pension, scholarship and other deposits is free. Reissuance due to loss, damage or expiration costs 10,000 sum, free for non-working pensioners. Payment for goods and services via terminals is commission-free.

  • Cash withdrawal at bank terminals and ATMs — 1% of amount.
  • Transfers in Trastpay app: between Trustbank cards — 0%, to other banks' cards — 0.3%.
  • Cash top-up via bank tellers — free, via bank ATMs — 0.5%.

The bank does not specify a grace period or cashback on the card. Interest rate on salary and pension card balances — 0%.

  • SMS notifications are activated by request at the bank: provide phone number when opening the card or at the service branch.
  • Cash withdrawal via bank cards at banking terminals — 1%.
  • Card top-up with cash: via bank tellers — free, via bank ATMs — 0.5%, via other banks' tellers and ATMs — 1%.
  • Transfers via Trastpay (P2P): to Trustbank cards — 0%, to other banks' cards — 0.3%, from other banks' cards — 0.5%.
  • Reissuance for non-working pensioners — free.
