UZCARD Moment — ready-made unregistered card of UZCARD payment system from Tenge Bank in sum. The card is issued immediately, no need to wait for a personalized card: it is received at the bank office, activated in the Tenge24 mobile app and ready to use. Name and surname are not printed on the front, but after activation the card is linked to the customer and their card account.
Card issuance — free, annual maintenance — no fee. Validity period — 5 years. Reissuance at expiration and for technical damage is free, for loss or mechanical damage — 35,000 sum including VAT.

- Cash withdrawal from sum cards: at Tenge Bank teller windows from Tenge Bank cards — 0.5% of transaction amount, at teller windows from other banks' cards — 1%, via ATMs — 1%
- Tenge Bank card top-up through bank offices and ATMs — free; other banks' cards top-up — 1% of transaction amount
- Card blocking in case of loss or damage — no fee charged
- Card can be topped up via transfer from other bank cards, through P2P transfers, at bank teller windows and other methods available in Tenge24

Debit card: transactions are conducted within available funds on the account, mandatory monthly debt payments are not required.
