About the card

Uzcard Moment from Universalbank is a sum card of the Uzcard national payment system, which is issued on the day of application. No need to wait for production: you can immediately use the card to pay for purchases in stores and online, transfer money, withdraw cash at ATMs throughout Uzbekistan, and manage finances in the app.

Card issuance and registration in the Universal bank app are free. Account top-up and SMS notifications also have no commission. Payment via bank POS terminals — 0.5% (except for certain payment categories), cash withdrawal at bank counters — 0.5%, at ATMs — 1%.

  • Application: online form on the bank's website and card pickup at a branch.
  • Requirements: age 18 and over, passport or ID card.

The bank does not provide a grace period or cashback; no interest accrues on the card balance.
