About the card

VISA CLASSIC by Apex Bank is an international card valid for 5 years with access to GCAS, Visa's international customer support service.

Issuance of the primary card costs 20,000 sum. No commission is charged for card and account maintenance, and there is no minimum balance requirement. Reissuance upon expiration is free; reissuance due to card loss, personal data change, or at client's request costs 20,000 sum.

  • Payment for goods and services at POS and e-POS terminals — 0.5%;
  • Cash withdrawal through Apex Bank cashier — 0%;
  • Cash withdrawal through third-party bank cashiers and ATMs — 1.5%;
  • Top-up through bank cashier and third-party services — no commission.

Student card holders can obtain Visa Classic free of charge until December 31, 2026.
