Targeted mortgage deposit in national currency (soum) for 12 months at 15% per annum. Designed to form an initial payment for a mortgage loan using subsidies from the State Budget. Available to individuals with a notification from the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on housing acquisition subsidy provision. Deposit amount equals the initial payment—15% of the planned mortgage loan amount. Account is formed from the depositor's own funds and budget subsidy. Interest accrues from the day following funds receipt for complete months of storage; maximum accrual period is 12 months. Interest on subsidy funds accrues from the day following their receipt from the budget. Expense operations are conducted only based on supporting documents and the bank division head's directive. Terms apply to deposits opened from July 1 to December 31, 2026.
