Card delivery
HUMO-Visa is a co-branded debit card from Asia Alliance Bank with an account in soums, operating simultaneously in the national HUMO system and the international Visa system. The card is accepted for payment both in Uzbekistan and abroad: when paying in foreign currency, soums are converted at the moment of the transaction, so the cardholder does not need separate soum and foreign currency cards.
Card issuance costs 60,000 soums including VAT, validity period is 3 years. Reissuance at the end of the validity period is free, in case of loss or damage — 60,000 soums. Payment for goods and services at retail points and on the internet is charged at a rate of 0.5%.
The card supports contactless NFC payment, P2P transfers, and online purchases. Transfers between Asia Alliance Bank cards are free, to cards of other banks — 1% of the amount, but not less than 15,000 soums. Cash withdrawal at bank counters for national payment system cards — 1%, at ATMs of foreign banks — 2% of the transaction amount. Registration is possible at any branch of the bank.

Payments
Payment for goods and services by card, including on the internet, — 0.5% of the amount. Transfers from card account — 1%, but not less than 15,000 soums per transaction; transfers between Asia Alliance Bank cards are free. No commission is charged for payments of state duties and administrative fines, public services, utilities, educational and medical institutions in the MUNIS system, taxes, transport tickets, as well as initial payments on bank loans.
