The National Agency for Advanced Projects (NAPP) of the Republic of Uzbekistan officially registered the company LLC "FINANCE INVEST BROK" in the registry of participants of the special legal regime in the field of the capital market.
Within the framework of this pilot project, the investment intermediary intends to implement a new direction of activity for the local market. The company will focus on providing professional brokerage and intermediary services related to the organization of issuances and subsequent placement of debt securities (bonds) denominated in foreign currencies.
What the status of a special regime participant provides
The special legal regime "Regulatory Sandbox" allows financial institutions to test innovative instruments and mechanisms in the securities market in a controlled environment. This helps to temporarily reduce regulatory burden and optimize processes before the full launch of new products at the state level.
The activities of LLC "FINANCE INVEST BROK" within the "sandbox" will make it possible to expand investment opportunities for local business and offer investors new protected options for debt financing in foreign currency equivalent.
Recall that NAPP is the key state body of Uzbekistan responsible for regulation, licensing and implementation of permit procedures in such progressive areas as the circulation of crypto-assets, capital market, insurance, e-commerce, as well as the organization of lotteries and bookmaking activities.
