Preferred shares (UZASP) give owners the right to receive guaranteed fixed dividend income, the amount of which is specified in the charter of JSC 'O'zagrosug'urta'. Unlike ordinary share holders (UZAS), preferred share holders have priority in dividend payments and company liquidation, but do not have voting rights at the general shareholders meeting (except in cases established by law).

The dividend amount for preferred shares is fixed as a percentage of their nominal value. Information on accrued income per security for previous reporting periods is regularly updated by the regulator and available to investors in the issuer's profile card.

Dividend payments to UZASP shareholders are made based on decisions of the general meeting of shareholders in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
