From November 12 to 14, the international fintech forum Finobod 2026 will be held in Tashkent. The CAEX Uzbekistan venue is expected to attract over 4,000 participants from 20 countries.
Who Will Attend
Among the registered participants are representatives from neighboring countries' ministries, banks and global fintech companies: Ant Group, Binance, Ripple, DBS Bank, Sberbank, Kaspi.kz.
The organizers are SAYS and MAXIFORUM.
Program by Day
November 12 is dedicated to digital transformation in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. The focus will be on implementing the "Digital Uzbekistan — 2030" strategy and practical matters:
- payment platforms and cross-border settlements;
- Open Banking and Open Finance;
- digital customer experience;
- artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and trusted digital infrastructure.
A separate track will cover space technologies — satellite data and geoinformation services in agriculture, logistics, insurance and finance.
November 13 will shift focus to investments and AI's impact on business. An investment session will bring together banks, institutional and venture investors, and unicorn founders. Discussion topics include the investment landscape for 2027−2028 and technology investment risks.
A separate section is dedicated to instant cross-border payments and new regional corridors with participation of central banks from the region.
November 14 has no business sessions — the day is reserved for Finobod Expo exhibition, B2B meetings and visits to participant booths.
Why This Matters for the Market
The forum's topics align with priorities set by regulators: open banking, asset tokenization, regulatory sandboxes and cross-border payments. These themes will shape fintech regulation in the region in the coming years.
For customers, practical benefits of such initiatives will appear later through new services that Uzbek banks will be able to offer with open access to banking data and simplified international settlements.
Address: Mirzo-Ulugbek District, Milliy Bog Street, 1, CAEX Uzbekistan.
