Open bank (JSC "Open bank", formerly Smart Bank) is a private digital bank of Uzbekistan, founded on December 22, 2022. The bank started as Smart Bank, a digital ecosystem of banking services and e-commerce, and after the name change operates under the Open bank brand under Central Bank license No. 89 dated September 15, 2025. The sole shareholder of the bank is LLC "Leader Finance". Open bank offers individual clients accounts, debit cards, mortgages for residential property (Yangi uy) and non-residential real estate (Yangi imkoniyat), as well as money transfers. The bank participates in the deposit guarantee system. The online service center operates daily at number 1377, the head office is located in Tashkent.
