KDB Bank Uzbekistan (JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan") is a bank with foreign capital, founded in 1997. The bank itself calls itself the largest international bank in Uzbekistan. The main shareholder with a stake of 86.32% is the Korea Development Bank (KDB), one of the leading banks of the Republic of Korea with ratings AA from S&P and Aa2 from Moody's. The National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Uzbekistan and Turon Bank are also shareholders. The bank operates under a license from the Central Bank No. 5 dated October 21, 2017 and specializes in corporate services, trade finance and currency operations, as well as serves private clients. The headquarters is located in Tashkent.
