«FARG'ONAAZOT» AJ is one of the largest chemical enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan, located in the city of Fergana. The plant produces nitrogen mineral fertilizers, including ammonium nitrate and urea, as well as ammonia and organic synthesis products for industrial consumers. The enterprise plays a key role in providing the country's agriculture with fertilizers and supplies part of its products for export. The authorized capital is formed by ordinary shares with a par value of 2,530 soums, the issue cost is approximately 82.7 billion soums. Shares with the ticker FRAZ are included in the quotation list of the RFB «Tashkent», transactions in them do not take place.
